How to Pay + Park

If purchasing ahead of time, find your cruise line and departure date for the cruise you’d like to book parking. Select the cruise, and you’ll be shown the price. Once ready to book, select the blue “Book Parking” button. You will then be prompted to complete your contact and vehicle information for the vehicle you are parking with at the garage. Fill out valid payment information. After completing all prompted information and you’re ready to pay, hit the red “Submit” button. Upon submitting your payment, you will receive an email confirming your payment and parking booking.

The day of your arrival to the garage, you will present your parking QR code you received in either a print-out or via your mobile device. Scan your QR Code on the payment machine to enter. You will receive a parking ticket. Please keep this in your vehicle as you will need when you exit. Once you pull the ticket, the gate will rise, and you may park in any open spot you desire.

When you are ready to exit the garage, you will simply approach the exit gate, and input your parking ticket. This is the same ticket that you received once you entered. After inputting the parking ticket into the machine, the exit gate will rise, allowing you to exit. Please be safe and we hope to see you again soon!
